I LOVED shooting this wedding… this is the wedding of Greg and Janet who were married at the gorgeous Cala D’Or Yacht Club in Spain earlier this month. It is one of the loveliest weddings I have shot this year. Not because it was in a beautiful, sunny location, but because the couple and their guests were just such lovely people it was a pleasure to be a part of the day.

I’ve seen many things, but I’ve never seen a bride who had FOUR pairs of shoes at the ready for her big day!

And before we knew it, it was time for the ceremony:
After the ceremony we headed off for our couples portraits – you might already have seen one of my favourites on the TEASER page, and these are some of the others:
After the portraits, we photographed a small number of groups and then it was time for the wedding breakfast.
After the first of two cakes was cut, a number of the guests rose for speeches of congratulations to the bride and groom.
And this was not a bride who was going to let the groom be the only one to speak!
After the speeches, the groom’s daughter Becky serenaded the couple with Adele’s Make You Feel My Love, and OMG!!!! she has THE most beautiful voice I have heard in ages… she more than did Adele justice, and in fact, I’m amazed she is not a signed artist herself. It was amazing.
And this was not a bride who was going to let the groom be the only one to speak!
And then it was time for the official first dance…
… and then the ladies starting doing the Electric Slide, which was my cue to leave them all to their celebrations.
